The government of the Punjab Finance Department has released funds in Account-V of District Education Authorities.
Grant for Payment of Inspection Allowance to 3237 AEOs School Education Finance Department Punjab
Subject: Release of Funds in A/C-V of District Education Authorities.will the budget officer-V, Government of the Punjab Finance Department, kindly refer to letter No. SO(Budget-I)1-15/2013(Vol-I) dated 05-04-2017 on the subject cited above.
Finance Department agrees to section and releases an amount of Rs. 485550 million in anticipation of the provision of funds through the technical supplementary grant for payment of Inspection Allowance to 3237 AEOs (male & female) against an equivalent surrender out of already released during 3rd and 4th quarter vide letters No. BII-21(25)15-SE/2016-17 dated 10-01-2017 & 02-03-2017 under grant No. PC21015-Education 09-Education relationships and services 092-Secondary Education Affairs and navy inferior Education Affairs and services 092120-others LQ 4494 Misc grant school education AO5 grant subsidized and mark off loans AO52 grants home AO5270 to others 35Y-Inspection Allowance POL/ preservation charges for AEOs in Punjab through the current financial year 2016-17.
Notification No. SO(Budget)1-15/2013(Vol-I) is issued by Government of the Punjab School Education Department dated 19th September 2016 Lahore.
Notification of AEO Allowance 25000 Punjab School Education Department
This notification is submitted to all Executive District officers (Education) in Punjab.Subject: Payment of Inspection Allowance.
I am directed to demand you to ensure that inspection allowance Rs.25000 is disbursed as per plan to the CEOs who have recruited on ready for action basis.

Special payment @50% of basic pay to the workers of civil secretariat Finance Punjab Budget 2016-17
This is from Hamed Yaqoob Sheikh Finance Secretary and submitted to the additional chief secretary Punjab Lahore, the Principal Secretary to chief minister Punjab, the Principal Secretary to Governor Punjab, the chairman chief minister's inspection team Lahore, all administrative secretaries to the Government of Punjab.Subject: endowment of Special Allowance @50% of necessary payments to the workers of civil secretariat Punjab (BS-1 to BS-22)
It is heading for to refer to the subject cite above and to position that the Governor of the Punjab has been pleased to revise the rates of special allowance from 20% to 50% of basic pay of basic pay scales 2008, as frozen on 30-06-2011, in favour of the employees of Punjab civil secretariat (BS-01 to BS-22), working or posted in the Punjab civil secretariat, Lahore and are drawing pay from the payroll of secretariat departments with effect from 01-02-2017. The said allowance will not be treated as a part of emoluments for the purpose of calculation of pension or commutation.
The officers or officials of Punjab civil secretariat who joined service on or after 01-07-2011 shall be entitled to the grant of special allowance @ 50% 0f the initial of basic pay scales 2008 Finance Punjab Budget 2016-17. Moreover, the officers or officials who were promoted or upgraded on or after 01-07-2011, will be entitled to special allowance @ 50% 0f the basic pay of basic pay scales 2008 as on 30-06-2011 subject to 50% 0f the minimum of pay scales of basic pay scales 2008 Finance Punjab Budget 2016-17 against which such employees have been promoted or upgraded.
Special allowance will not be admissible to the following categories:
1.The officers or officials of Punjab civil Secretariat Departments on deputation or posted by transfer outside the secretariat including attached departments field formations and autonomous bodies.
2.Secretariat employees during extraordinary leave, study leave, long leave for 120 days or more, training abroad or under suspension.
3. The officers (belonging to the judiciary) debuted in the law or any other department in the Punjab civil secretariat who are in receipt of the judicial allowance.
4.The administrative secretaries (BS-20 & above) already allowed special allowance @ 20% vide circular letter No. FD.PR.6-7/2006 dated 29-11-2006.
5.The officers or officials of Punjab civil Secretariat while posted in other departments in the secretariat who are in receipt of department specific allowance.
6. The officer or official of Non-Secretariat office deputed to labor in the Punjab social Secretariat if by now in receiving of department specific allowance.
7. The workers of special education section at secretariat level already in the reception of department specific allowance.
