Applicants can get the application forms from BPSC website www.bpsc.gob.pk. Applicants can get the application form from commission office situated at Samungli Road (Near Railway Crossing) Quetta Cantt. Applicants has to deposit Rs.2000/- for BPS-19 & BPS-20, Rs.1000 For BPS-18 and Rs.600 For BPS-16 & 17 to any branch of SBP or NBP. Your application must have these attested documents:

- Domicile
- Recent Photographs
