It is directed to refer to this department letter of even number dated 18-09-2017 on the subject noted above and to enclose herewith a copy of letter No. SO(O&M)E&AD/3-15/2016 dated 18-09-2017 received from section officer (O&M) Establishment and administration department regulation wing Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar and to state that regularization case of contract employees other than project employees appointed through NTS/ETEA etc of your respective departments along with complete details of contract employees i.e. name, designation, date of appointment and nature of appointment etc. may be sent to this department today positively for onward submission to the quarter concerned.
