RESEARCH ASSOCIATE REQUIRED
The Government of Sindh intends to further improve and strengthen Governance and performance of Public Sector Departments and Sector Departments and Offices in the Province for which a Research unit in Sindh Civil Academy is being established.
Applications are invited for the post of Research Associate purely on contractual basis from the desiring male / female candidates meeting the following criteria for positing in the said Unit.

QUALIFICATION:
At least Masters Degree in Public Policy OR any other relevant subject of Social Sciences from HEC recognized university. EXPERIENCE
(1) At least (03) years of relevant experience preferably in conducting research and devising recommendations for improvements.
(2) Knowledge of impact evaluation methods either through coursework or work experience, ability to differentiate and analyze qualitative and quantitative data, experience in data collection and survey monitoring.
(3) At least (01) one international research publication in the relevant field.
JOB SKILLS:
(1) The incumbent shall have strong analytical and critical thinking skills, exception written, spoken and presentation abilities.
(2) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) SPSS / MINITAB and expertise in using the web and also hands-on skills to manage data bases resources for information management.
