1. In how many promotion upward mobility cases the working papers were prepared and put up before DCO/ Deputy commissioners for convening departmental promotion committee DPC meeting but were not convened.
2. How many departmental promotion committees DPCs meetings were convened if not give justification.
3. In how many cases minutes were signed. whether were signed in time or with delay.
4. The reasons for delay in convening of DPC meetings.
