Entertainment service iflix has welcomed on board the rock star/actor Ali Zafar as a partner and ambassador as of today. According to a press release, Ali's seasoned industry experience will be useful to iflix, as the company moves forward with its plans for "huge local content [pools] focusing on first-run local movies direct from cinema and a bold slate of original programming." Ali isn't the first celebrity to join forces with iflix. The company has leaders from the entertainment industry working with them to drive strategy, growth and development.
