TransPeshawar (The Urban Mobility Company), is a Public Sector Company established under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance 1984 to carry out the project implementation, management and maintenance of urban rapid transit projects in Peshawar. The company is seeking for dynamic, experienced and self-driven professionals for the following positions.

i Transport Planning and Operations Specialist 

Job Profile

 Reporting to the GM Planning and Constructionist plans and route structuring of the direct services of the Declared Project in preparation for and during the operation of service contracts. This position will also update the route service plan and (when necessary) the route structure of the Declared
Project as it expands from the initial BRT alignment structure to the full direct service network.

2 Business Development Specialist 

Reporting to the GM Planning and Construction, the Business Development Specialist will prepare the necessary business development plans for review by Management prior to proceeding with implementation and on-going monitoring. The purpose of these plans is to

(i) maintain and encourage on-going growth in passenger demand for the Declared Project,
(ii) identify additional revenue sources for the on-going funding of the operation and,
 (iii) maintain an on-going monitoring program which enables the early identification of public preferences and concerns so that they may be accommodated in a timely manner to ensure a retention and growth of market share.

 Qualification-Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Development, Communications, or a relevant field from a recognized university. Experience _ minimum of 5 years of post_ qualification relevant experience, including  minimum" 2 Year of experience on similar role will be considered an advantage. 3 Manager BRT Control Centre

 Reporting to the General Manager Operations and Market Development, the Manager BRT control Centre will be responsible for the leading the management of all aspects of operations of the CCTV cameras and other BRT Control Centre equipment to ensure the overall safety and security for TransPeshawar service and passengers is maintained. This includes security and surveillance monitoring of BRT stations, fleet depot storage, adjoining car parking facilities and other components of the Declared Project as required by the General Manager Operations and Market Development. This role also requires maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders including police, security and contracting entities providing services for the Declared Project and providing information and advice to people calling the Control Centre, sometimes in emergency situations. 4 Assistant Manager BRT Control Centre 

This includes working with the Control Centre staff to ensure continuous safety and security storage, , adjoining monitoring components of the Declared Project in accordance with the requirements of the Company's obligations. This role is also responsible for assisting the Manager in the timely assembly of the information required by the Manager and Senior Management of the Company. The role also includes the provision of advice to people calling the Control Room, sometimes in emergency situations.

Qualification - Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering,

5 Manager security


 Reporting to the General Manager Operations  for providing over all security to personnel, materials (physical assets including building and equipment) and will work in close   coordination with the Manager BRT Control Centre and other sections of the Company as necessary for security matters relating to information gather, storage operations. The Manager will maintain a close working relationship with other relevant Government and private sector stakeholders responsible for overall security matters.

6 Transit police Officer

 Reporting to the Manager Security, the Transit Police Officer will be responsible for the checking of valid tickets and maintaining a safe and secure environment for  passengers and other workers on the BRT system. Whilst officially on duty, the Transit Police Officer is a law enforcement officer with the powers of arrest, removal of offenders from the BRT system and, in co- operation with the traffic police, may use patrol vans to transport offenders, as well as prepare court briefs and other associated legal paperwork. In addition to law enforcement, Transit Police Officers also have a large focus on customer service, providing assistance to all passengers who are using our network.

Qualification — High School pass. Valid car driver license, NIC details Experience- minimum of 00 years post-' qualification relevant experience • A minimum of 2 years of experience on similar role will be considered an advantage. salary Package —Market based competitive salary package.

7 Surveillance Officer

 Reporting to the Manager Security, the Surveillance Officer, working in close coordination with the Transit Police Officers, station staff and system maintenance teams will be responsible for will be responsible for providing over all security to personnel, materials providing (physical assets including building and equipment ) Experience  Minimum of 5 years post-experience. A minimum of 2 years of experience in similar role will be considered an advantage. salary Pacakage —Market based competitive salary package.

 8 Procurement Specialist

 Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) the Procurement Specialist is a senior member of the Finance Division that has responsibility for controlling and managing the financial affairs of TransPeshwar. Specifically, the role of the procurement specialist is to manage for overall procurement and contract functions of TransPeshawar in a transparent and professional manner and in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Urban Mass Transit Act 2016, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement Rules 2014 and other applicable rules and regulations. Qualification—Bachelor degree in a relevant or related field from a recognized university.

Experience -Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification relevant experience, including minimum of 2 years of experience in a mid-level management position preferably with experience in a similar procurement role will ' be considered an advantage. 9 Budget and Accounts Officer

 Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) the Budget   and Accounts Officer Procurement . The Budget and Accounts Officer must also provide the necessary support to the CFO to ensure that the financial affairs are conducted in a transparent and professional manner and financial records are in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Urban Mass Transit Act 2016, Companies Ordinance, 1984, the Public-Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules and other applicable rules and regulations. recognized

10 Manager IT 

The Manager IT is a senior management position reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on all IT related matters in TransPeshawar. The role will have key responsibility for the overall planning, organizing, and execution of all IT functions of TransPeshawar including directing all IT operations to meet both internal and customer requirements as well as supporting and maintaining existing IT applications and developing new technical solutions.

11 Network Administrator

 Reporting to the Manager IT, the Network Administrator is responsible for maintaining all computer networks of TransPeshwar and solving any problems that may occur with them. This responsibility will include the performance, integrity and securityof TransPeshawar's IT networks.

12 Data Base Administrator 

Reporting to the Manager IT, the Data Base Administrator is responsible for maintaining the data bases to store and organise the data to be used by TransPeshawar. This work will include the data base performance monitoring' trouble-shooting and ensuring the ongoing integrity and security  of TransPeshawar's databases. recognized university.

Experience — Minimum of 5 years of experience preferably with experience in a similar Data Base Administrator role will be considered an advantage. Salary Package —Market based competitive salary package.
