In this regard it is stated that during the post audit of high schools the following errors are noticed out by this office

1.  Designation if employees are incorrect
2. Conversion of posts not convey to this office
3. Excess drawl of posts is being done

So in view of the above all high school DDOs of District chakwal may be directed to submit the sanctioned strength duly signed by the CEO to undersigned office within one week otherwise pay of the DDOs shall be stopped without any intimation.
