OBJECTIVE 
To prepare trained and competent auditors to take leadership positions in the near future to fortify the Bank's Audit function more effectively.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA /Place of Posting 

The program offers a great opportunity, for career progression and job satisfaction, to those who have the ability as well as enthusiasm to play a key role in the future development of the Bank.
Selected candidates will be required to execute a 3 years 'Minimum Service Agreement' worth Rs. 300,000/-. The selection of MTOs will be specifically for placement in Internal Audit function in Head Office Karachi. However, based on business requirement(s), the Bank may exercise its right to transfer the services of any employee anywhere in the country.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE 

SALARY OFFERED Rs. 40,000/-

CONFIRMATION OF SERVICE upon successful completion of 1 year service
