It is submitted to the chairman Pakistan Higher Education Commission Islamabad, the chairman Punjab Higher Education Commission Lahore, the secretary Higher Education department Lahore and vice chancelor Punjab University Lahore.
Subject: Establishment of Sub Campus of Punjab University Chakwal, District Chakwal reflected in ADP 2017-18 at G.SR. No. 1399.
The subject cited scheme has been reflected in ADP G.SR. No. 1399 with an estimated cost of Rs. 500,000 million on the recommendation of major (R) Tahir Iqbal MNA NA-60 District Chakwal. Now the concerned MNA NA-60 has desired to schedule a meeting to finalize the site and to proceed further for issuance of its administrative approval.
In this regard, a meeting has been scheduled on 08-08-2017 at 11:30 AM under the chairmanship of Major (R) Tahir Iqbal MNA NA-60 Chakwal in the committee room of Deputy Commissioner office Chakwal.
Therefore it is requested to depute well conversant officer /representative to attend the said meeting and so that proposed site may be visited and finalized so that further action for issuance its administrative approval may be taken accordingly.
