Khadim - e - Punjab Saaf Pani Program is the flagship initiative of the Punjab government and on its completion, more than 55 million people in 144 tehsils of the province will have a sustained access to safe drinking water. This billions of dollars program will also be a watershed in eliminating water - borne diseases, which add to financial woes of the people.
Punjab Saaf Pani Company - North (PSPC - N) and Punjab Saaf Pani Company - South (PSPC - S) have been established with the mandate to develop, design, plan and execute projects for provision of safe drinking water across the province in a phased program.
PSPC - N is looking for dynamic and result - oriented professionals to become a part of this noble cause by filling in the challenging positions.
The below positions are vacant in Punjab Saaf Pani Company - North.
Candidates having hands on experience of working with MD / CEO in Public / Private Sector and strong grip on MS -Office are encouraged to apply.
Available Vacancies:
Executive Secretary.
Qualification:
- Shorthand expert.
- Received, direct relay telephone messages and fax massages.
- Direct the general public to the appropriate staff member.
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence of CEO Office.
- Manage an electronic diary.
- Writing Minutes and taking dictations.
- Response to Public inquires.
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years relevant experience (as mentioned above) in Public / Private Sector, 16 years Education (BS Honors 4 years, MA English or Social Sciences Would be preferable).
Personal Staff Officer (PSO T CEO).
Qualification:
- Assist in planning and preparation of meetings and conferences.
- Arrangement and preparation for Board and committee meetings.
- Maintain and adequate inventory of CEO office supplies.
- Provide word – processing and secretarial support.
- Type confidential documents and letters.
- Prepare working papers for meetings.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience (as mentioned above) in Public / Private Sector, 16 years Education(MA English or Social Sciences would be preferable).
