Lahore knowledge Park Company is a large scale, public sector organisation duly registered with the SECP as a Section 42 (no - for- profit) company under the Companies Ordinance 1984, through Higher Education Department, Government of the Punjab, Pakistan.

Available Vacancies:

Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Qualification: 

• B.Sc (Civil Engineering) along with MBA or MS in Management Related Disciplines.

Experience:

• Minimum fifteen(15) years of experience in Senior Management positions of a large scale public / private company of repute.
• The candidate should demonstrate extensive experience of handling large scale civil works in construction industry and poses practical experience and exposure of handling HRM, general Administration & Security. IT, legal and procurement departments.
• The candidate should be well versed with PPRA Rules 2014 with hands on experience in development of RFPs for procurement of goods & services.

Age: Limit: Up to 55 Years.

General Manager (Engineering).
Qualification:

• Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Preference will be given to MS in Construction management / Ubran Planning / PMP.
• Experience: Minimum fifteen (15) years of experience in senior management position of a large scale public / private company of repute.

Experience:

• the candidate should poses extensive experience in engineering retailed matters such as contracting and construction of civil works, infrastructure designing, Architectural Design & urban planning with detailed zoning. construction of infrastructure (Roads, Utilities and buildings), periodic review and inspection of Construction sites of ensure all code compliance formalities have been adhered.
• Certification in Project Management like PMP, and sustainable practices like LEED AP, Breem etc.
• The candidate should be well versed with Punjab procurement Rules 2014 with hands on experience 
• in contract management will be preferred.
