DAR Engineering, a leading Design & Engineering consultant engaged in multistory, Infrastructure, Commercial, Industrial Buildings and Healthcare projects requires the following personnel for their Design Office in Lahore.

1. Project Manager: (Ref. # PM-BD / 001); 

An Architect/Civil Engineer having proven working experience of 15 years with 05 to 08 years in the role of Project Manager with reputable multinational consultant and with proven track record in delivering large scale residential/commercialt Educational/ health care building projects. Must possess excellent interpersonal skill including client/design team handling. Shall be ready to travel Europe and KSA for coordination with design teams.

2. Architect: (Ref. /it AR-BD 001); 

+10 years experienced having proven skills in coordinating with multi-disciplinary delivery team and client, responsible for fully coordinated deliverable, shall possesses excellent communication skills and technical proficiency in large scale building projects especially healthcare and education institute projects. Shall be ready to travel Europe and KSA for coordination with design teams.

3. Electrical Design Engineer: (Ref. # EL-LV-BD / 001); 

5-10years experienced with proven skills in design and coordination for all interface and approvals of the Design of Medium/Low Voltage systems (normal and emergency), Lighting, Grounding. Lightning Protection, Calculations (short circuit, voltage drop, lighting, grounding, etc.).

 4. Low Current Design Engineer: (Ref. # EL-LC-BD 1 001); 

5-10years experienced with proven skills in design and coordination for all interface and approvals of the Design of Low current Systems not limited to Structured Cabling (Passive and Active Components), Fire Detection and Alarm, PAS/ Voice Evacuation. BM& Facilities Management, Electronic Security. Master Antenna Television. Audio-Visual, IP-based Systems. etc.

5. Mechanical Design Engineer-HVAC: (Ref. # ME-HVAC-BD / 001)

 5-10years experienced with proven skills in design and coordination for all interface and approvals of Design of HVAC including feasibility studies, Building Cooling & Heating Load Calculations (HAP/Elite /Revit), Energy Simulations and Optimization (HAP/E-Guest/Revit), Air balancing, central utility plants design, air distribution design, equipment selection & costing.

6. Mechanical Design Engineer-Plumbing & Utilities: (Ref. # ME-PL&UT-BD / 001)

 5.10years experienced with proven skills in design and coordination for all Interface and approvals of Design of Plumbing. Fire Fighting, Irrigation, Medical Gases, Steam Generation and Fuel Systems for Hospitals, Commercial & Industrial Buildings.
