Notification of Teacher issues to Resolve by Secretary Schools Sindh Education Department.
It has been noticed with concern that the teachers or other staff of the school Sindh education department frequently visit Sindh Secretariat for various petty issues which should have been resolved at local level. Secondly, most of them come to Karachi, without seeking prior approval from respective competent authority to leave their headquarter.In view of the above all directors and DEOs/TEOs are directed to resolve the official matters of the teachers or other staff of the Sindh education department on priority basis at local level. They should be facilitated so as to avoid their inconvenience and travel related expenses. In case the issue could not be resolved even at directors level and the visit of the teacher/ official to Sindh Secretariat at Karachi is essential and unavoidable, he /she must seek prior written approval of the competent authority, before leaving the headquarter and bring the said approved letter along while visiting Sindh Education Department.Secretariat.
