It is submitted to all CEOs(DEA) in the Punjab and all the District Monitoring Officers in the Punjab.Subject: Non-Observance of Recruitment Policy 2016-17.

2. The Punjab information technology board (PITB) has brought into the notice of the department that CEOs (DEA) are not observing the Recruitment policy 2016-17 Punjab School Education Board in letter and spirit and are changing the union council /village of the school already advertised under Recruitment policy 2016-17 without any amended advertisement Punjab School Education Board in the press . It has also been noticed that priorities of the applicants have also not yet been uploaded in the system.
3. The competent authority has taken a serious notice of this irregularity and directed that the union council/ village of the school earlier advertised under the Recruitment policy 2016-17 Punjab School Education Board ibid may be followed in letter and spirit. Further priorities of the applicants may be uploaded in the system within 24 hours without fail and letters of agreement to the selected candidate on merit may be issued within timelines conveyed by the department.
