It is directed to refer to the subject cited above and to state that the Finance Department Punjab Notifications Governor of the Punjab has been pleased to grant Utility Allowance to all the employees in BS-01 to BS-16 and the incumbents of the posts of Private secretary (BS-17) & Superintendent (BS-17) working in Punjab civil secretariat and drawing pay from the payroll of secretariat departments Finance Department Punjab Notifications with effect from 01-02-2017 at the following rates:

The Utility Allowance will be paid on monthly basic along with salary.
