Regularization Notification of Lady Health Workers Primary and Secondary Health Department Punjab
It is directed to refer to the Primary & Secondary Health Department Punjab Notification No. SO(G-II)9-31/2005 dated 29-07-2016 on the subject cited above and to say that the competent authority has been pleased to ensure that the regular appointment orders of the officials belonging to the said categories should be issued by the chief executive officers. District Health Department Punjab Authorities of each district within three days positively in the light of regularization policy contained in policy instructions issued by the regulations wing of S&GAD in their notification dated 14-10-2009. Every Chief executive officer DHA of each district is required to ensure provision of copy of the orders so issued within a week to the Health Department Punjab through special messenger.It is further directed to inform you that the chief executive officer DHA of each District is also required to initiate the process of preparation of service books of the concerned officials whose services has been regularized and ensure completion of the task on or before 31-03-2017 and submit compliance report to this department by 07-04-2017 positively.
