Minutes of Meeting on Teacher Issues in DPI Office Lahore School Education Department Punjab
It is submitted to all the chief Executive officers District Education Authorities in Punjab.Subject: Minutes of the meeting held on 01-02-2017 under chairmanship of secretary school education to discuss teachers issues.
Your personal and immediate attention is invited to Government of the Punjab school education department SO(SE-III)5-61/2015 dated 09-02-2017 addressed to you on subject cited above.
In the anove refered letter following issues have been discussed.
Issues:
Up-gradation of teachers, handing over of schools through Punjab education foundation and Danish school authority, Enquiries against teachers/ Head teachers on the basis of performance/ result/ drop out, promotion of teachers, issues of PERs, issues of municipal cadre teachers, Regularization of contract educators and district education authority & Divisional directorate.
The Decisions taken in the matters have been reflected against each issue. You are therefore requested to follow the directions/ decisions contained in the above refered letter dated 09-02-2017. The action takenin the matter till now may be communicated to this directoratewithin a week positively especially on the following issues.
-Updates of in-service promotion from PST to EST and EST to SST.
-Pay Package (Year wise to deserving teachers)
-Regularization of contract employees after fullfilment of all codal formalities.

You are further informed that a period of one month is deadline to ensure compliance of decision taking in the meeting. In case of any slakeness / negligence the responsible officer will be proceeded under the rules and strict action will be taken against delinquents.
