The Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan has launched a programme entitled “JUNIOR EDUCATION EXECUTIVE” to groom talented young Pakistanis with distinguished academic background and potential for leadership who are determined to join the higher education sector. Under the programme, young Pakistani university graduates with 18 years of education will work on different aspects of higher education including Strategic Planning, University Governance, Financial Management, Human Resource Development, Programme Monitoring, Media and Communication, etc. They will be encourage to take imitative and float ideas to improve the education sector. This is a unique opportunity for young, highly qualified, motivated people in the areas relevant to HEC’s work.
