Adjustment Posting of Non Teaching Staff  in District Education Authorities of Punjab

It is submitted to the Director Public Instruction (SE/EE), Punjab Lahore, all the Deputy Commissioners in the Punjab and all the chief Executive Officers (DEA) in Punjab.
Subject: Adjustment/Posting of Non Teaching Staff
The sanctioned posts in the offices of EDOs (Edu), DEOs (SE), DEOs(EE-M) and DEOs(EE-F) in Punjab have been abolished and new posts have been created in the offices of District Education Authorities DEOs (SE), DEOs(EE-M), DEOs(EE-F), Divisional Directorates (Secondary Education) and Divisional Directorates (Elementary Education) in Punjab vide letter No. SO(schools)10-2/2013 dated 30-12-2016 w.e.f 02-01-2017 issued by the Finance Department.
The District Education Authority in each District has been established with immediate effect vide Notification No. SOR(LG)39-5/2014 dated 01-01-2017 issued by Local Government and Community Development Department.
The Director Public Instruction (SE) Punjab Lahore may adjust /post non-teaching staff in the offices of District Education Authorities DEOs (SE) and Divisional Directorates (SE) in Punjab.
The Director Public Instruction (EE) Punjab Lahore may adjust /post non-teaching staff in the offices of District Education Authorities DEOs (EE-M), DEOs (EE-F) and Divisional Directorates (EE) in Punjab.
Adjustment /posting orders of non-teaching staff shall be issued on 01-01-2017 and be conveyed to all the districts for further necessary action.
Adjustment /posting orders shall be effective w.e.f January 02, 2017.
