9th Class is also referred as
matric part 1 or
ssc part 1, because it is the first part of matriculation examination and students are awarded with Secondary School Certificate on successfully passing this exam. It is the tradition of all Punjab boards to announce the date sheet of
9th class at least 30 days before the exams, so students can prepare well for the upcoming exams. Usually their are no practical exams for
9th class students, and papers start after the completion of
10th class papers, most probably in the 3rd week of March. Date Sheet will contain all the examination schedule, guidelines and instructions for the students, and following all the rules stated by Board officials is compulsory for the students.
