Government Of The Punjab Agriculture Department Job Opportunities In “Establishment Of Agriculture Delivery Unit (ADU)” Project
Agriculture Department, Government of the Punjab is launching an “Agriculture Delivery Unit (ADU)” project which is a body of competitive individuals who would closely work with the department to work on multi-dimensional lines e.g. policy analysis, strategic planning, data analysis, identifying issues and challenges of Agriculture Sector and also work as quick response unit on emergency issues. In this. regard, Agriculture Department, Government of the Punjab, Lahore is looking for dynamic, competitive individuals on market based salaries for a. period of two years (2016-17 to 2017-18) for the following positions.
- Procurement Specialist,
- Strategy and Policy Analyst,
- Program Implementation Analyst,
- Monitoring & Evaluation Analyst,
Note:
I. Relaxation in upper I lower age limit is admissible as per government policy.
II. The contract appointments are temporary in nature, non-transferable, job / post specific, non-pensionable & conferring no right for regularization. The contract appointment will be made for the project period.
III. Retired persons are not eligible. The persons who are already in Government service including contract employees should apply through proper channel. In case of selection, a confirmed civil servant shall retain his lien against his original substantive post.
IV. The recruitment will be made strictly on merit on all Punjab basis in accordance with the rules, selection criteria and other provisions of Recruitment Policy and Contract Appointment Policy 2004.
V. The applications may be addressed to the Secretary Agriculture, Government of the Punjab, Civil Secretariat, Lahore clearly indicating the post applied for on one side of envelope along-with curriculum Vitae (CV), three passport-size recent photographs and attested copies of all the relevant documents CNIC certificates / degrees, which include provisional certificates indicating CGPA. Late and incomplete applications will not be considered. No TA /DA shall be paid.
VI. In case of any query / clarification, the candidate may approach the Additional Secretary (Planning) Government of the Punjab. Agriculture Department, Lahore at least two days prior to interview date.
VII. Offer of appointment will be issued to successful candidates after approval of the recommendations of Departmental Selection Committee by the competent authority.
VIII. The competent authority has the right to increase or decrease the number of posts.
IX. The selected candidates under the project are not entitled for the benefit of pay protection.
X. No post falls under the quota reserved for women, minorities and Disabled persons.
