Third phase of Prime Minister's Laptop Scheme has be started . Students are required to visit HEC site www.pmnls.hec.gov.pk for detail and apply. This PM Laptop Scheme is for all Pakistan and approved by HEC. Male & Female students from all Pakistan Punjab, KPK, SIndh, Balochistan, AJK ,Gilgat Baltistan & Islamabad can apply Online for this PM Laptop Scheme.A specific Quota is also fixed for VU Virtual University , AIOU Allama Iqbal Open University, FATA Graduates, Islamabad Graduates, Students of Dars e Nizami Madrassa certificates and polytechnic Diploma Holders.

- Individuals who have enrolled in following programs may apply.
- PhD, MPhil or equivalent courses.
- One year or two years Master's degree courses (MA, MSC, MBA, MCS, MS or Equivalent).
- Four or Five year programs.
- Three or Two years DAE (Diploma) courses in Polytechnic and Vocational Institutes
- FATA or Islamabad students enrolled at Degree and Post Graduates colleges of Government of Pakistan.
