Pervez Musharraf accepts the Proposal to join MQM
The Former President and COAS also Chief of All Pakistan Muslim League Gen (R) Pervez Musharraf, , has expressed his emotions towards becoming the joint president of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) and Pak Sarzameen Party (PSP).
According to the News Report, the previous Army Chief Pervez Musharraf has chosen to come back to Pakistan after a detailed meeting with a senior Khwaja Izhar ul Hassan of Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan (MQM-P) in Dubai.
Musharraf told that after the short one formula, they didn't have a solid identity to bear on the hold of MQM in Karachi and whatever remains of Pakistan.
Previous President Pervez Musharraf said that if he somehow happened to lead MQM, it would exceedingly profit the party as he had an unmistakable and well known face among the masses, where he could use this stage to make major contributions.
In a meeting, Pervez Musharraf also expressed the prospect of a merger amongst PSP and MQM and proposed assuming the responsibility.
