National Programme For Family Planning & Primary Health Care Jobs Balochistan. Applications are invited from ladies for the posts of Lady Health Workers and Lady Health Supervisors on contract basis initially for the period of six months which is extendable according to their performance.

The program is looking for;

1. Married and unmarried Women. Preference will be given to the married women.

2.Having Local / domicile of the same area of applying The proof must be provided about living area.

3.Middle pass for the post of LHV and F for the post of LHS

4.Age: 18-45 years

5. She must be acceptable to the community Application along with

1- Marriage certificate/ nikah Nama,

2- CNIC (one copy of her and one copy of her husband),

3- Four passport size photos

4- copy of local/domicile

5- middle pass certificate/ degree,

6-Proof living certificate by the concern UC chairman.

Apply Procedure:

All these must reach to the office of undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this advertisement. Date of test / interview will be announced through newspaper later on. All documents must be attested by the gazetted officer. All selected candidates will be trained before their deployment in the community. Stipend / salary for LHWs will be Rs.15000-/ PKR per month and stipend / salary for LHs is Rs.20000-/ PKR per month. District wise vacancies
