TERMS & CONDITIONS :

I . Applications accompanied with complete bio-data and academic / experience t domicile certificates along with 02 photographs and CNIC photocopy duly attested must reach to the Office of the Medical Director, MTI-KTII, Peshawar; within (15 days) of the publication of this advertisement on a prescribed form. Application form is available in Establishment-1 of KTII & also available on Kill website i.e. www.kth.gov.pk

2. Their services will he governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions Reforms Act, 2015.

3. In service employees, must apply through proper channel. The candidates must have the domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa .

4. Age relaxation will be admissible as per MTI Rules ‘Regulations.

5. Only short listed candidates will be called for interview.

6. In complete and late submitted application will not be entertained.

7. No TA /DA will be allowed.

8. Any candidate may be disqualified and ! or excluded from interview i f he I she was, Convicted by court of law, Dismissed from public service. Knowingly furnishes any false information, Suppresses any information which may lead to his/her disqualification, Attempts to obtain support for his/ her candidature by improper means. Submits forged certificates, Tempers with the entries in his/her age and academic certificates.

9. Applications received after due date will not be entertained which is I 5 days after publication of this advertisement.

10. The Competent Authority has the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies or cancel the whole process.

11. The candidates applying for the above posts) should deposit Rs. 1000’- with the Almoner KTH and attach the original receipt with the applications or online payment of Rs. 1000/- in the Bank of Khyber, KTH Branch Code (012 1) Title Account KIT! Fund Account # 5761-0 to MTI KTH. Deposited amount is riot refundable / non-transferable. The Selection Committee shall be competent to reject applications which are incomplete. However, the aggrieved candidates can appeal to the Board of Governors for review. The decision of the BOG thereof shall be final.
