VACANT POSITION:
Dr. Mahbub ul Haq Chair Department of Economics GC University Lahore invites highly qualified and eminent economists to apply for the post of “Dr. Mahbub ul Haq Chair” in the Department of Economics. The applicant should have a track record of high class research capability and significant contribution towards institutional development.
Responsibilities:
i- He/She shall carry out research work on current economic problems.
ii- He/She shall deliver lectures to postgraduate students of GC University Lahore.
iii- He/She shall prepare and submit annual progress reports of the research project(s) to the Vice Chancellor or a Committee constituted for this purpose.
Period of Appointment:
The initial appointment will be of two years on contract basis, extendable to another two years subject to his / her satisfactory performance.
