| Job Duties: | (i) Incharge of the prisons & shall discharge his duties under the immediate directions and orders of IG Prisons. (ii) The Superintendent Jail shall maintain discipline both amongst subordinate officer and the prisoners and strict enforcement of all rules regulations and orders to the management of the prison, prisoner and staff. (iii) Responsible initial examination of cases. (iv) Supervision of staff working in their respective jail. |

| Qualification/Experience required: | Second Class or Grade ‘C’ Master’s degree in Social Work/ Sociology/ Criminology/ Psychology/ LLB or equivalent qualification from a University recognized by the HEC. EXPERIENCE: Five (5) years post qualification experience in Administration. |
