PUNJAB SOCIAL PROTECTION AUTHORITY (PSPA) CAREER OPPORTUNITIES:

Punjab Social Protection Authority has the mandate to review, analyze and reform the existing social sector policies in the province of Punjab and guide the process of future welfare policies. Accordingly, it offers an un-paralleled opportunity to the professionals of research & development sectors to work in a unique public sector environment with the promise of learning and growth. The PSPA is looking to fill the following positions at its Head Office at Lahore.

Positions:  General Manager Social Policy

Eligibility:

• Master Degree in Economics, Public Policy, Social Policy, Social Development, or related Social Sciences.
• Have formal qualifications in policy analysis and its essential components such as the use of social research methods and analytical software.
• Minimum 07 years policy making and analysis experience, preferably part of it with international voluntary sector.
• Proficient in the use of IT programmers and applications required for the Job

Maximum Age : Below 50 Years

Positions: General Manager Conditional Cash Transfers (CCTs)

Eligibility:

• Master Degree in Project Management, Public Policy, Social Policy, Social Development, Economics, or Public Administration / Management Sciences.
• Minimum 07 years work experience, at least 05 of which should be in similar positions, preferably in public or voluntary sector.
• Proficient in the use of IT programmes and applications required for the job

Maximum Age :Below 50 Years

Positions: General Manager Management Information System (MIS)

Eligibility:

• MBA with specialization in ITM (Information Technology Management), MA/MS (or international equivalent) in Computer Science or related is required.
• 07 years experience in all aspects of MIS.
• PMP certification preferred. High level of understanding of software development, systems management & integration and top tier web 2.0 application architectures.
• Excellent command on Web/ application and Database technologies (including. NET Oracle. ASP. Net JAVA, Web Services).
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum and Extreme Programming).

Maximum Age: Below 5O Years

Positions: Statistical Officer

• Graduation in Statistics, Economics, Social Development, or Public Administration / Management Sciences.
• Have formal qualifications in policy analysis and its essential components such as the use of social research methods and analytical software.
• Minimum O5 years experience in computing data, data analysis.
• Proficient in the use of IT programmes and applications required for the Job.

Maximum Age: Below 40 Years

Positions: Network Administrator

• Graduation in CS/IT related field.
• 5 years of experience in Networking and System Administration.
• Expertise/Skills in network, servers and firewall design, installation, configuration & support functions.
• Active Directory, User Management, Content Filtering and Monitoring of Network traffic, anti-virus, network storage and software installation, configuration and support.

Maximum Age: Below 40 Years

Positions:  Impact Assessment Expert

• Graduation in Statistics, Economics, Social Development, or Public Administration / Management Sciences.
• 05 years experience in Public or voluntary sector.
• Ability to handle accounting software, databases and other IT related applications essential for the job.

Maximum Age: Below 40 Years

Positions: Data Analyst

•  Graduation in CS/IT related field.
• 5 years of experience in data analytics.
• Experience and Skills In data analytics, dashboard, data visualization, reports, database query, PL/SQL and related technologies.

Maximum Age: Below 40 Years

Positions: Evaluation Specialist

• Graduation in Statistics, Economics, Social Development, or Public Administration / Management Sciences.
• 05 years experience in Public or voluntary sector.
• Proficient in the use of IT programmes and applications required for the job (to be determined from time to time).

Terms And Conditions:

• The maximum monthly remuneration for the positions of General Managers (Sr. 1,2,&3) is up to Rs. 300,000 and for remaining (Sr. 4,5,6,7, & 8) up to Rs. 150,000.
• All above jobs will be for an initial contract period of two years that can be extended on mutual consent.
• Public Sector employees shall have to provide NOC from their departments in case of selection.
• No TA /DA for interview would be admissible.
