Responsibilities

1. Maintain a sustainable risk management program, information systems, and processes for identifying, assessing, and responding to a variety of risks that might affect the achievement of Dolphin’s strategy and business objectives

2. Conduct risk assessments, provide guidance, and recommend risk management strategies that align with business goals and operational objectives.

3. Coordinate with Divisions/Departments for the identification and assessment of enterprise risks, including strategic and operational, and work with the appropriate functional teams to enhance controls or develop action plans to address risks and maintain a comprehensive risk register and risk map across Dolphin Energy.

4. Review and provide feedback and recommendations on the policies and procedures for risk management and ensure compliance with DEL policy ERM framework, and Policy.

5. Support with the development and delivery of ERM training and creates awareness through ERM training material updates and communications and Provide awareness and training to Dolphin staff on the risk appetite and risk matrix for Dolphin Energy

Required Qualification

1. Bachelor’s Degree in “Engineering or a similar/ related field.”

2. Risk Management Certification/Qualification would be advantageous.

3. Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a large organization, with at least 5 years in the oil/gas industry as advantage.

4. Must have experience in developing or performing risk assessments.
