Criteria / Required Qualification and Experience
1. Senior Lab Supervisor Federal-01 GilgitlBaltistan-01 AJK-01 3 Bachelors in Medical Lab Technology, maximum age 40 years. 2-3 years of working experience in clinical laboratory is essential. Experience of working in TB laboratory is preferred. Good supervisory/ training capabilities and understanding of EQAsystem for sputum smear microscopy and GeneXpert for TB-programme will be preferred. (Selected candidates, after induction, will be posted for trainings / assignments to other station(s), as per requirement of the project)
2. Gene Xpert Technician/ Assistant Federal 1 2 years Diploma in electric /electronics engineering from recognized institute. Preferable certification in air handling equipment. Max age 30 Years. At least 1 year of experience of working on laboratory equipment service/ maintenance. The candidate must have basic knowledge and experience of equipments used in microbiology and molecular biology laboratory. Basic computer skills are essential. Experience and knowledge about air-conditioning and refrigeration.
3. Lab Technologist Military Hospital RWP PMDT Site, Military Hospital RWP 1 B.Sc Microbiology/BSc Medical Lab Technology. M.Sc in Microbiology will be preferred. Max Age 40 years. Minimum 3 years post qualification experience of working in microbiology laboratory (testing minimum 5,000 samples /year ) with sound knowledge of basic principles, techniques , safety procedures and Quality Management Systems. Knowledge of laboratory equipment and its maintenance is desirable. Candidates with experience in TB Laboratory (Mycobacteriology) will be preferred. Selected candidates, after induction may be posted for training /assignment at National Level.
4. Lab Technician for Gene Xpert Site Federal-02 AJK-04 GB-03 FATA-05 14 FSc with Diploma in Medical Lab Technology. Higher qualification will be preferred. Max Age 30 Years. Minimum 3 years of experience of working in clinical /microbiology laboratory, having knowledge of basic principals, practices and quality assurance procedures applicable to clinical lab. Experience in AFB smear microscopy and GenXpert testing in TB laboratory will be advantage. Knowledge and experiance of IT will be preferred.
5. Screeners AJK-08 GB-05 FATA-05 18 FA/FSc. Graduate will be preferred. Max Age 35 years. 2 years of work experience in health related community programs. Good communication skills both written and verbal are highly desired.
6. Lab Technician GB-01 AJK-01 2 FSc.with Diploma in Medical Lab Technology. Higher qualification will be preferred. Max Age 30 Years. Minimum 3 years of experience of working in clinical /microbiology laboratory, having knowledge of basic principals, practices and quality assurance procedures applicable to clinical lab. Experience in the fields of TB laboratory will be preferred.
7. Data Entry Operator AJK 1 Bachelors degree. Max Age 30 years, 3 years of relevant experience of typing, data collection and data entry is required. Experience in file keeping will be an asset.
8. Lab Assistant Gilgit Baltistan-01 1 FSc with Diploma in Medical Lab Technology. Max Age 30 Years, Minimum 2 years of experience of working in clinical laboratory, having knowledge of basic principals, practices and quality assurance procedures applicable to clinical lab. Experience in the fields of mirciobiology will be preffered .
