4. Contract Specialist
10 Years BSC Civil Engg, MSC in Civil Engg, Law, Contracts/Procurement.
5. Planning Engineer
10 Years BSC Civil Engg, Preferably MSC in Constr Management.
6. Environment Specialist
10 Years BSC Env. Engg or MSC in Environmental Sciences.
7. Grievance Officer
08 Years Post Graduate Qualification in Community Development.
8. Social Mobilizer
08 Years University Degree in Social Sciences or Gender & Development.
9. Gender Specialist
08 Years Master Degree in Sociology with Experience of NGO / Govt Agencies.
