Eligibility Roles and Responsibilities | The applicant must be from private sector having a graduate degree from a recognized university in the field of engineering/technology having twenty years active Industrial Management experience and shall not be less than forty-five years and not more than sixty-five years of age. i) The Vice-Chairperson will assist the KP-TEVTA Board in adopting a vision for quality improvement in Technical education and Vocational Training in addition to help the TEVTA in strategizing options for self sustainability, linkages with the market for the training needs assessment, gainful employability of skilled workforce and optimal utilization of resources existing with the TEVTA. ii) Act as Chairperson of the Strategic Planning Committee and shall frame strategic plans for the authority in relation to the gainful employability of the skilled workforce, generation of resources for self sustainability and job placement with Industries. iii) Act as Chairperson of the Selection Board for appointment of staff in BS-17 & above or equivalent posts. |
