General Instructions / Terms and Conditions :
1. Application form can be downloaded from the University website (vvww.uom.edu.pk) or may be obtained from the office of the Deputy Registrar (Meetings), University of Malakand.
2. Attested photocopies of degrees, certificates, transcripts/DMCs, domicile, CNIC, experience certificates and other testimonials, two current passport size photographs along with a bank draft (or receipt/slip of NBP, Campus Branch) of Rs. 2000/- in favor of Director Finance, University of Malakand be attached with the a pplication(money orders shall not be accepted)
3. A Bank Draft (or receipt/slip of NBP, Campus Branch) of Rs. 4500/- (for Professor) and Rs. 3000/- (for Associate Professor) in favor of Director Finance (as processing and evaluation fee) are also required to be attached with the application form. For positions of Professors and Associate Professors, four (04) sets of publications are also required to be submitted along with the form.
4. Candidates applying to the same post on BPS as well as on TTS shall have to submit separate application forms.
5. Candidates serving in government / semi-government / autonomous organizations / institutes must apply through proper channel with an NOC, otherwise their application forms shall not be entertained.
6. Applications on prescribed form complete in all respects should reach the office of the Deputy Registrar (Meetings) on or before November 10,2016.
7. Incomplete applications and those received after the due date shall not be entertained
8. The University shall not be responsible for any delay or non-receipt of call letters for test / interview and the matter should be settled with the concerned post office or courier service
9. The University reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts or cancel them without showing any reason
10. Age Limit is 18-45 years. 11. No TA/DA shall be paid for test /interview Errors / omissions /modifications (if any) shall be rectified by the University as per rules
