Registration:

Registration will be online through Internet. Candidates can register from August 14 to August 31, 2016. Registration must be on the official page for the Naval Induction which is www.joinpaknavy.gov.pk . The candidates will fill in and submit the form available at this site.
Registration for the Vacancy Number 40 can only be done at the Naval Recruitment Centers in Karachi and Gawadar.
Online registration is not available for the posts / vacancies number 10, 11 and 12, the candidates have to write an application on a plane paper and have to send at the given below address before August 31, 2016;
Address is : Officer Incharge Pakistan Navy Recruitment and Selection Center, House # 102, Street #1, Fazal Town, Airport Road, Rawalpindi.
The following documents must be attached with the application;

  • Attested Photocopy of National ID Card
  • Attested Photocopy of Domicile Certificate
  • Attested Photocopy of Educational Documents / Certificate
  • 03 Passport size photograph
  • Postal Address with Mobile or Telephone Number
  • Postal Order of Rs. 200 in the name of Director Recruitment

Written Entrance Test:

The candidates have to undergo the written entrance test which will be on September 24, 2016. All the candidates will be tested except those applied for the posts numbered 10, 11 and 12. The test will comprised of Intelligence Test along with the test in General Knowledge, Islamic  Knowledge, Pakistan studies and professional knowledge. Candidates must have to bring their Roll Number Slip on the test day. No candidate will be allowed in test without the Slip.

Result of the Entrance Test:

The result will be display on October 16, 2016 and can be viewed at the respective Selection Centers and also on the Official Website.

Medical Check Up:

The Candidates who passed the entrance test will undergo medical check up at their selected Centers.

Personality Test:

The candidates considered as fit in the medical check up will undergo personality test at the respective Selection Center.

Trade Test:

The candidates who have applied for the posts numbered 2,3,4,6,8,9,21,23,28,34,35,40,41,42 and 43 will be tested in their fields also for which they will be informed through call or letter.

Interview:

The posts / vacancies in the category of Naval Head Quarter will undergo the Interview also. The Venue and Date will be given later and the candidates will be informed. The candidates applied in the posts number of 13,14,15 and 19-26 in the categories of Industrial and Non-Industrial Staff will also be tested in interview. 

Final Selection:

The final selection will be issued by the Naval Headquarter on the basis of Merit and Quota system.

Important Instructions:

Please note the following instructions;

  • For the posts of Foreman, Leading Man, Assistant Leading Man,High Skilled Grade-II and Skilled the candidates of DAE (Civil) and DAE (IT) can't apply.
  • All the posts except the Police Constable and Lady Police Constable would avail the age relaxation of 5 years from the Federal Govt.
  • The ward of those deceased during service will get 5 years concession in age.
  • Candidates will not receive any TA / DA while coming in tests or interviews.
  • Disable candidates will avail maximum 10 years age concession. However they have to submit their Disability Certificate before September 10, 2016.
  • Govt. Servants have to send their applications through their departments. 

Ineligibility Conditions:

The following candidates are ineligible, they are not need to apply;

  • Those expelled from any Govt. Service or military training institutions,
  • Those considered as medically unfit from any medical board,
  • Those who found tempered with in their educational certificates,
  • Convicted from court of law.
