HEC rewards outstanding faculty & researchers program

ISLAMABAD – The Higher Education Commission (HEC) facilitated a high achiever's function respecting analysts and authors on Thursday, the fifth such occasion in its history.

The occasion, facilitated at the Islamabad Secretariat of the HEC, honored educationists in four unique classes i.e Best Research Paper, Best Young Research Scholar, Best Innovator, and Best Book.

Tending to the gathering of people on the event, Federal Minister for Science and Technology Rana Tanveer Hussain said, "We need to bolster and energize youthful scientists on the off chance that we look to advance and exceed expectations as a country".

HEC Chairman Dr. Mukhtar Ahmed advised the priest on HEC activities to guarantee the high caliber of training and research. He said the quantity of exploration diaries had expanded significantly, from 800 in 2002, to more than 10,000 in 2014-15, as the training commission had furnished analysts with a helpful domain.

Eight controls including Basic and Applied Sciences, Biological Sciences, Pure Engineering, Computer Sciences, Social Sciences, Management Sciences, and Arts and Humanities were considered while giving out the recompenses.
