Roanu is the first tropical cyclone of the annual cyclone season. It caused severe flooding in Sri Lanka and Bangladesh during May 2016. Roanu originated from a low pressure area that formed south of Sri Lanka and gradually drifted north and intensified into a cyclonic storm. The storm was responsible for many deaths in Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. It brought torrential rainfall to the Indian states of Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala and Odisha.
Juno (JUpiter Near-polar Orbiter) is a NASA mission to the planet, launched on August 5, 2011. It will arrive at its destination on July 4, 2016. The spacecraft will study Jupiter's composition, gravity field, magnetic field, and polar magnetosphere. Juno will be the second spacecraft to orbit Jupiter, following the Galileo probe which orbited from 1995-2003.
