How to Cook Lemony Fried Wings

                                 Ingredients:
Chicken Wings ½ kg
Salt ½ tsp
Black Pepper ½ tsp 
Ginger Garlic Paste ½ tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Egg 1
Corn flour 1 tbsp heaved
Oil for frying
Spring onion chopped for garnish
Ingredients for coating:
Flour 4 tbsp
Bread crumbs ½ cup
Garlic powder ½ tsp
Ingredients for lemon sauce:
Water ½ cup
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Yellow color pinch
Sugar 1 tbsp
Honey 1 tbsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Ginger finely chopped 1 tbsp
Method:
Marinate wings for 1 hour with salt, black pepper, ginger garlic, egg and corn flour. Coat wings in the flour and crumbs mixture. Deep fry for 15 mins till golden and crisp. 
Method for sauce:
Put all ingredients in a sauce pan for lemon sauce. Cook till thick. drizzle sauce on wings and serve.
