Once I asked a candidate coming out of Selection and Recruitment Center, "What you did?" He replied sadly, Everything went right but there were too much tough questions from the Geometry (A branch of Mathematics), I told Geometry is not in pattern but he was saying it so confidently. Later i realized that he has been misunderstood with the Non-Verbal Intelligence test section which involves Geometrical Shapes. 

Once a Candidates told me that he applied for the Commission Test of Pakistan Army, after some days, went to my selected Center for the initial test, as my documents checked I instructed to go to Testing Hall. There were an amazing situation as everything was computerized. I set in front of a computer but no knowledge how to use it. An officer understood my problem and came nearer me, he turned on the computer and loaded the test windows. After that he told me to enter the Roll No, I press the 6 button of keyboard strongly and hence a large row of 6s entered as 666666666666. Now I was confused that how to erase it as I didn't know about the computer use, I called the officer again and requested to enter my Roll No, he was such a nice and kind man, entered my data and started my test also he taught me about the clicking, mouse use keyboard terms in short a while. I stated the test. To scroll down the page I started the mouse moving down and hence come to the end of a mouse board, now I again confused what to do, I pick up the mouse carefully and put it at the start of mouse board. In these while my so much time wasted and hence I was shown the worst message of my life as "Sorry, for better luck try next time."

These are not the only few, there are thousands of such stories in which candidates failed due to their ignorance and low or no-knowledge.

A static shows that in every induction circle for the Pakistan Army Commission about 0.1 million candidates registered in which more than 70% of candidates are Fresh and appearing first time in any such type test. As our country has low internet availability and most of the candidates have not access to internet regularly. Moreover, there is no official website are social media page of Pakistan Armed Forces Recruitment through which candidates can get help and the books related to recruitment process are also mostly outdated. So it is very important to provides help to the newly registered candidates in every aspect and guide them properly in the righteous way. We have initiated in such a step and have presented the below article which may help and guide all of you.

PRE TEST-DAY INSTRUCTIONS:

These instructions are to be followed before going to the tests otherwise you can be sent back by the center.
First of all prepare your all documents. Print your Registration Slip. It is better practice to put your all documents in a neat and handsome Documents-Bag easily and cheaply available in markets, this will show your responsibility and working smartly and hence will get good impression. Bring your Matric Marks-sheet along with Original certificate, your Intermediate Part-I or Part-II marks-sheet, if your Intermediate is passed/cleared then you must have to bring Part-II Marks-sheet as then Part-I marks-sheet is not acceptable, if you have yet not get result of Part-II then get a Hope/Surety Certificate from your institute which clarifies that  you are the enrolled student and have achieved the minimum required percentage in Part-I examination and your educational record stands that you have the ability or strong chance to maintain this position in Part-II also. It is to be in mind that the certificate must have the institute head as Principal or Director etc. otherwise your Hope certificate will not acceptable.
Furnish a set of attested documents stated above as well as that of your Original Identity Card or Form-B and recent Passport size photos in which your face is clear and easy to be identified. Moreover you have also to pay Rupees 300 for test fee.

TEST DAY:

As soon as you reach the recruitment center, you have to deposit your mobile phone and get a receipt for that, then you will wait in a room for the documents to be checked.If  Your all thing are OK and complete then all of your original documents will be stamped at backside and your Slip will be signed and stamped. As soon your documents are checked you are told to go to Test Hall. If you have anything missing which might be important then you will be told to bring it and come for the next day.

INITIAL TEST:

As soon your documents are cleared then you will allowed to sit in test. You will sit in front of a computer system and have to turn on, soon an invigilator will come and open a test window, be careful and don't close it or minimize otherwise your test will be gone. You have to enter your Roll No. and click the button to start test. As you click button and start your test, your time will start to count down.

The first section will be Verbal Intelligence test with total of 106 questions of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) with possible answers.

If you finish all the questions in the first section before the time you can finish this section and proceed to next stage. If your time limit of the respective section end, your Test will be automatically finish. If your this section has correct answers more than 50% then it will considered as Passed and you are allowed to proceed to next section, if correct answers are less then your journey to become an officer ends here.

Similar is the case with other sections as Non-Verbal Test and academic Section. If your academic section also passed, the Congratulations !! you have successfully passed the first hurdle and the most tough also. You will be given instructions about the next step of Physical and Medical for which a specific date will be given.
