Writ Petition Regarding Educators NTS Process Challenged in Lahore High Court. As per Writ petition, Petitioner's qualification is M.A, B.Ed. and he belongs to a respectable family. Copies of service-book and educational degrees are attached as ANNEX-A & B. That respondent No.2 advertise the posts of Elementary School Educator for Boys School in B.S-9, and submit a challan fee of Rs.475/- and participated in the NTS. Respondent No.2 rejected the form of petitioner due to over-age, on 01.03.2016. Copy of impugned rejection letter is ANNEX-C.
But according to policy No.SO(SE-IV) 2-50/2015, dated 20.01.2016, the upper age limit 35 years and 5 years general age relaxation in upper age limit across the male and female, total age limits is 40 years, for every male person so will be eligible to get a Govt. service. That in 3 % quota of total allocated posts of each category shall be reserved for disabled persons on the District Basis and 5% quota of total number of advertised posts in each category of educators shall be reserved for minorities Non-Muslims
