Notification No. F-9(7)R-1/2014-937/2015 is issued regarding Upgradation of Ministerial Staff Finance Division Regulation Wing Government of Pakistan.

Notification Upgradation of Ministerial Staff Finance Division

Establishment Division has submitted summaries on the following issues for the approval of Finance Minister:

Upgradation of Ministerial posts in Federal Secretariat.
Upgradation of the posts of Khateeb/ Moazzins/Khadims working in mosques under Auqaf Directorate, ICT.

Prime Minister has been pleased to approve the proposal in both the cases with following directions:

Establishment Division shall coordinate with Finance Division as well as line ministries at the time of formulations of budget proposals for 2016-17 to ensure allocation of necessary resources for the purpose.
The subject upgradation may be considered in the budget proposal for the financial year 2016-17 along with proposal for upgradation of Ministerial posts as agreed upon in the meeting of secretaries of Finance Division Law & Justice Division and Establishment Division.
