Honorable Lahore High Court Multan Bench, Multan passed following orders in writ petition No. 19001 of 2015 titled Muhammad Alamgir etc. Vs Government of the Punjab etc.
After arguing the case at certain length, learned counsel for the petitioners states that petitioners will be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.1 to redress the grievance of the petitioners expeditiously.
The request of the learned counsel for the petitioners is justifiable. I am inclined to transmit a copy of this petition along with its all annexures to the respondent No.1 (Secretary Agriculture, Civil Secretariat Punjab Lahore) at the expense of the petitioners who shall treat it as a part of petitioners pending applications and will decide the same strictly in accordance with law through a reasoned order within 30 days after receipt of this order.
In view of the above said direction, this petition is disposed of accordingly.
Compliance report be submitted to the deputy registrar (Judicial) of this court.
