How to Make One-Pot Pasta

How to Make One-Pot Pasta

Unfortunately, when you make a quick meal sometimes the quality of the food is lacking. As a result, many pasta nights consist of using store bought sauce simply because making your own sauce would take much too long. If this is a predicament you run into often, you will love this recipe.

Finally, you can cook your pasta and still create your own sauce all at the same time. To make this even better, it will only take you 10 minutes! Plus, you only need one pot.

With this video, you can learn to make a sauce that’s always fantastic even when you have little to no time.
Here’s what you’ll need: 12 oz. linguine
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 ½ cups vegetable broth
1 can diced tomatoes
1 medium sweet onion, sliced
4 garlic cloves, sliced
2 cups sliced mushrooms
Basil
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons dried oregano
Grated parmesan cheese

Instructions:
1. Combine all of the ingredients in one large pot.
2. Cover the pot and bring to a boil on the stove.
3. Remove the cover, and cook for 10 minutes.
4. Top with cheese and serve.
