Revision of Assistance Package:
Wafaqi Mohtasib Findings and Recommendations dated 08-03-2016 in the complaint cited above.The Agency in terms of Article 11(2) of PO No. 1 of 1983 is required to :
- intimate to this office compliance of the recommendations contained in the findings within the time frame specified therein or
- intimate to this office over the signatures of the Principal officer of the agency or an officer nominated by him for the case seeking alteration, modification, amendment or recall of the said recommendations in terms of Article 11(2A).
