Subject: REQUEST FOR UP-GRADATION OF THE POST OF READER FROM BPS-14 TO BPS-16 IN ACCOUNTABILITY COURTS.
Respectfillly submitted that in accordance with Article -212 & 212-B of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan 1973, the Federal Government had promulgated the National Accountability Ordinance (NAO), 1999, by establishing Accountability Courts with the post of
Reader. The Reader (BPS-16) of Federal Services Tribunal has the same ftmetions, duties, status and qualification as compare to the Readers of Accountability Courts under your domain, sphere and ambit.
The competent authority has recently sanctioned the up-gradation of the posts of Assistants from BPS-I4 to BPS-16 in all the Federal Government departments.
In this backdrop, it is humbly prayed that under Article-25 of Constitution Of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973, the discrimination and disparity of the BPS and cadre of same post of Reader be removed and the posts of Readers in Accountability Courts may please be up-graded. from BPS-14 to BPS-16 under the Rule of consistency and oblige forever.
