Finance Ministry is against Upgradation of Punjab Teachers

Finance Ministry is not approving funds for Up-gradation of Punjab Teachers. In the Express News dated 06-02-2016, it is said that after approval of summary for Up-gradation of Punjab Teachers, finance ministry is not agree to release million funds this year. According to this news, association leaders met with education secretary in the previous week and he approved these all matters then
after preparing draft it is send to chief minister Mian Shahbaz Sharif for approval. CM approved this summary yesterday for final approval to finance  ministry to release funds but the finance ministry said there are no funds to release for this matter. Pray all teachers for themselves.
