Documents required for MPhil PhD Education Department KPK

Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa elementary and secondary education department has issued letter No. SO(S/M) E&SED/6-4/2016/NOC dated Peshawar 29 January 2016. This letter is delivered to the director elementary and secondary education Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar.

Necessary Documents for NOC for MPhil/PhD etc.

It is stated in the letter that an NOC case for M Phil/ Ph.D may be supported by the following documents;

Simple application from the candidate indicating details of admission and also showing Morning/ Evening shift.

A copy of advertisement by the university/ institution Copy Of degree on the basis of which he takes admission in the programme

Copy of current regular appointment/ promotion order. v. Service certificate dully countersigned. Copy of NTS/ GRE result

Course relevancy certificate

Nomination acceptance by the concerned university/ institution

Schedule of classes showing time and exact duration of course by concerned University/ Institution. In case of Morning programme/study leave, an affidavit on Judicial stamp paper to the effect that after completion of studies he shall serve with the department for at least five consecutive years otherwise he shall have to refund the amount of pay drawn by him for the study period He will also abide by the rules and regulations framed for this purpose by the Provincial Government. Al copies should be legible and attested. xii Applied for NOC through proper channel.
I am further directed to state that cases not fulfilling the above criteria should not be submitted to this department in future.
