Order No. 272/EC-I dated 08-02-2016 District Education Officer Chakwal is issued. It is delivered to the District Officer Education (SE) Chakwal and all Deputy District Officers Education (M-EE) in District Chakwal.

The tentative list of following Elementary School Teachers as per detail given below are expected to be awarded next higher scale under upward mobility (Chief Minister's) package on the basis of working strength as on 01.12.2015. In order to timely completion of all cases, you are requested to provide following documents up to 15-02-2016 for preparing of working papers and onward submission to the authorities to fix the date of DPC. In case of delay / non compliance the :lead Teacher./ DY DEOs concerned will be held personally responsible.
Documents Required:
1. PERs for the. year 2012, 2013 and 2014 duly countersigned.
2. Last three years result 20!3, 2014 & 2015) PEC. RISE. and Schools.
3. No demand certificate fresh with No. & Date.
4. No inquiry certificate with No. & Date.
5. No punishment certificate. 6. Original service book duly completed.
