Award of Upward Mobility under CM package to SSTs (Female) District Chakwal
This office intends to complete and update the grant of upward mobility to secondary school teachers Female for the current year. In this connection the Head Teachers and Dy. DEOs concerned are requested to furnish the following documents of the nominees reflected below in the tentative list:-Documents Required:
1. Duly completed PERs for 2012,2013,2014
2. No Inquiry, No Punishment, No demand Certificate
3. SSE/PEC result for 2012,2013.2014,2015 with board result comparisons
4. Appointment order SSE/SST al)ng with joining reports
5. Complete set of academic and professional degrees / certificates
6.. Copy of CNIC and latest pay slip
Deadline for submission of cases:
The deadline for submission of cases is 15-02-2016. In case of delay /non compliance, the Head Teachers and Dy,DEOs concerned will be held responsible.
