It is notified to all BS 2nd semester students to submit their examination admission forms along with paid fee voucher to Mr. Asghar Ali in room# 05 till 31-10-2015.

Examination admission form are available at college photostat shop.

• Single fee:  Rs. 2200/-
• Submit fee at HBL BISE Multan branch.
• Paste paid fee voucher at the back of form.
